Program was designed to help you keep a customer database including name, address, phone numbers, email address. It allows you to create invoices. Invoices have features such as quantity, discount percentage or amount, multiple payments, logo, and sales tax. Inventory allows you to set categories for products and lets you specify the number on hand. When a product is added to an invoice, inventory on hand decreases. You can even email invoices to your customers. All email sent from the program is stored and can be recalled. Additional attachments can be added to email. Reports are also a part of the program.
